Organized Design by J offers interior design and professional organization services. All services are subject to availability, a signed agreement, and client approval.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, make timely decisions, and respond to communications as needed throughout the design or organization process.

3. Pricing & Payments

Rates and package pricing are clearly outlined on the Services page or in custom proposals. Payment terms (including deposits and balance due) will be specified in your contract. Payment must be made on time to avoid project delays.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in your individual contract. Organization hours are non-refundable but may be transferred to future services unless otherwise agreed upon. Cancellations or reschedules must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Use of Website Content

All content on this website — including text, photos, graphics, and downloads — is the property of Organized Design by J and may not be copied, republished, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Digital Products & Freebies

Free downloads and digital resources are for personal use only and may not be distributed, edited, or sold without written permission.
