Holiday Home Services

Our holiday offerings cover three stages of the season: setting up, organizing what you already own, and taking everything back down. You can book one, two, or all three - decorating help before the holidays, a full takedown and storage system after, or both as a single concierge visit. Every package is scaled to your home and priced by the hour.

HOLIDAY DECOR SETUP

The benefit of working with a team that specializes in organizing AND design is that we can not only help you pack your decor away, but we can also help you set it up.

This service can include:

  • Pulling holiday decor from storage

  • Unpacking and sorting decor

  • Decorating/placing decor throughout the home

  • Styling trees, mantels, shelves, tables, etc.

  • Creating cohesive arrangements using what the client already owns

  • Identifying items that need replacing or repairing

  • Consolidating empty boxes/bins

  • Creating an organized "holiday storage system" as you go

HOLIDAY DECOR ORGANIZATION

We'll carefully pack away your holiday decor, organize it by category, and create a storage system that makes next year's decorating easier.

This service can include

  • Take down decorations

  • Sort by category/room

  • Wrap fragile pieces appropriately

  • Label bins

  • Consolidate storage

  • Create an online inventory

  • Photograph bin contents

  • Create QR codes for each bin linked to an online inventory system

  • Identify damaged/unwanted items

  • Organize the storage area

8 HOURS - $960

Perfect for a smaller job in either direction — setting up or packing away decor for one or two areas of your home. A focused visit that gives you momentum without a big time commitment.

16 HOURS - $1720

Great for several rooms' worth of holiday decor, whether that means styling your tree, mantel, and key spaces, or taking all of it down and organizing it for storage.

24 HOURS - $2480

Best for larger homes or more extensive collections - a full-home setup or a full-home takedown (or potentially both for a smaller home), with a system built to hold up season after season.

32 HOURS - $3240

Perfect for a large or multi-story home wanting the complete experience — a full-home holiday transformation, a full-home reset once the season ends, or both stages combined for a smaller or mid-sized home.

Holiday Decor Setup appointments run November 2 through December 5, with select days available for booking. Once the season winds down, Holiday Decor Organization appointments run December 29 through January 16, also on select days. Both services are offered Tuesday through Thursday, with Monday and Friday reserved for our ongoing organization clients. Every home is different, so a quick consultation helps us recommend the right package before booking your date.
