Design fees vary based on the size of your space, the level of support needed, and the overall scope of the project. Some clients need full-service design with project management, while others are simply looking for guidance and selections.

During your initial consultation, we’ll walk through your space (virtually or in person), talk through your goals and preferences, and review your budget. From there, I’ll create a customized proposal that outlines your timeline, design scope, and the deliverables you can expect.

HOW FULL-SERVICE DESIGN DIFFERS FROM VIRTUAL DESIGN

While my Virtual Design Services provide you with a complete design plan that you implement on your own, Full-Service Interior Design is a start-to-finish experience. Here’s how they compare:

While both services offer personalized, thoughtful design, they differ in how the design is delivered and implemented. My Virtual Design Service is best suited for clients who are comfortable taking a DIY approach to execution. It’s fully remote and includes a custom design plan, layout suggestions, and shoppable retail links for one room, all packaged in a way that allows you to implement the design on your own timeline.

Full-Service Interior Design, on the other hand, is a more in-depth offering with a flexible scope. This service includes everything from layout planning and finish selections to sourcing furniture and styling your space, and it can be as involved as you need it to be. Some clients need only design direction and product sourcing, while others may want support coordinating with contractors, managing orders, or overseeing installation. Pricing is customized based on the size of your space, your design goals, and the level of support you’re looking for. No two homes or projects are exactly the same, and my full-service process is designed to reflect that.

Full Service Design clients also receive access to my Trade Discounts which can in turn save them hundreds or thousands of dollars on furniture and decor items they order.

Whether you're refreshing a space, moving into a new home, or starting from scratch, I tailor each project to your needs. I also do commercial design if you are a business needing help.

  • That’s entirely up to you. Some clients want to be involved in every decision, while others prefer to be more hands-off. I’ll guide you through your options and adjust the process based on your preferred level of involvement.

  • For larger projects, I can collaborate directly with your contractor or builder and assist with materials, finishes, and layout decisions. While I don’t serve as a general contractor, I can offer guidance and help coordinate design-related details as part of your project scope.

  • Design fees vary depending on the size of your space, the level of support you need, and the complexity of the project. After our consultation, I’ll provide a custom proposal with a clear outline of services, pricing, and timeline.

  • Not necessarily. I source furnishings, finishes, and decor from a wide range of vendors, including brands that I receive significant trade discounts with. For those brands, the only way to receive my discount is to order through me.

  • Virtual design is remote and best for clients who want a single design that they can implement themselves. Full-service design is more personalized and hands-on, with more initial design options, in-person visits, project coordination, custom sourcing, trade discounts and detailed support throughout.

  • Timelines vary based on the scope of work, product lead times, and the pace you're comfortable with. During our initial consultation, I’ll outline what to expect and help establish a realistic project timeline.
